Wish I could give this place negative stars. What a terrible experience! As soon as you leave the building they no longer care about you! I had the receptionist tell me that I failed as a parent for not going to my daughter's consultation with her even though they said that it was completely fine! I was in the lobby for the surgery and instead of asking me what pharmacy my daughter accidentally told them the wrong one. When we left I tried to get it resolved for insurance purposes (as I just paid $1,300 AFTER insurance for the surgery). The receptionist told me I can just pay out of pocket for 3 medications! I spoke to the pharmacist at Snyder's & Costco and they BOTH informed me that the prescription can be canceled and sent to the correct pharmacy. However the reception told me it's out of their hands and that there is nothing they can do to help us. I am terrified that if something goes wrong and we have to call them for assistance. I will be bringing my other child and recommending all my nieces, nephews and friends/family go elsewhere.

Rock River oral Surgery Dr. Shea and his staff are amazing people i had to have teeth removed and dentures put in and they are amazing I was so scared but they helped me through it all. Felt no pain and answer all questions. I recommend this place to everyone. 100 stars I give them. Thank you all

I needed the root tips of tooth 18 pulled. I called for appointment and they were very kind, helpful and professional. I was able to get in promptly. I was scared, but they reassured me. It was a good place to go for my extraction. Dr McCue is personable and really good. Very little pain afterwards. They were kind and supportive with me. I would not hesitate to go back there should I need another extraction. Excellent choice!

Avoid this oral surgeon at all costs. From the moment I walked in, the experience was awful. Angela at the front desk was extremely rude and made what should have been a simple sign-in process unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. The oral surgeon himself was even worse. He clearly had no intention of helping, only collecting money for a consultation and X-ray before pushing me out the door. He acted fearful and unwilling to do any actual work, yet had no problem taking my money for consultation and X-ray. Instead of professionalism or compassion, I was met with insults and scare tactics. He criticized my teeth, claimed they weren’t “clean enough” to treat, and then tried to intimidate me by exaggerating how expensive everything would be. No empathy, no solutions—just judgment and pressure. Dental care puts people in a vulnerable position, and this place takes advantage of that vulnerability. A truly ethical dentist would educate and help, not shame and frighten patients with high cost. If you value respect, honesty, or humane treatment, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this office.

Dr. Mccue, Karla, Villa.... Five Stars 🌟 Your entire staff made me feel comfortable and like family from the moment I walked in your doors. My fears and anxiety subsided and the expertise and precision and care from start to finish was hands down the best care Ive ever experienced in my entire life. Teeth extraction was painless, Fast and above and beyond. Thank you with all of my heart for giving me back my confidence not just in myself but in the goodness in people. Thank you for your services and for giving this lady her glow back. Most importantly making me feel like family all while making look like a superstar ✨️ Much Love ❤️ Dani
